Ce n'est pas la crise pour tout le monde ...

The Fusio office building is located on the Cours Saint Michel site in Etterbeek ( Brussels) and is being developed by the joint venture company Sint-Michielswarande (ING Real Estate Development – Wilma Project Development).

The total surface above ground is 9.240 m², of which approx. 7.000 m² is net office space.

The site benefits from a prestigious residential area with lots of shopping facilities and restaurants in the famous Cinquantenaire district. It is on a public transport node, and easily accessible by car.

Fusio Building is a contemporary office building equipped with modern techniques: cooled ceilings, raised floors, reflective structural glazing… The architecture combines terracotta elements with an aluminium structure.

The building itself holds 28 underground parking spaces, 228 more parking spaces are located in an underground parking nearby (200m distance).

The project is to be built on a site owned partially by ING Bank and the other part by the N.M.B.S. (Belgian railway company), on which a leasehold agreement exists.

The building permit has been obtained.  Works can start after selection of a contractor during 2008 and will take approximately 18 months. The project can be ready for delivery in 2010.
